This is our friend Shannon’s greenhouse. She transformed the space into an artsy getaway with all of the tools needed for a working home nursery. The greenhouse has a heavy duty potting bench, running water with hoses and sprayers to reach hanging plants and shelves.
The decor in her rustic glam greenhouse has ties to the property. Shannon and her boys saved pieces and parts of lawn tools found while cleaning the overgrown acreage. Those pieces hang around the room mixed with vintage signs and a cute clock.
Note: Her sprawling lawn is now perfectly trimmed thanks to a lot of hard work and the family’s three goats.
Chandelier? Yes, of course.

The open rafter ceiling allows sunlight to fill the space during the day. Shannon used rows of steel rebar across the beams to hang plants.
The vintage window frames help bring the ceiling down while create interesting shadows. Lastly, we adore the brick patio entrance and can’t wait for fresh flowers.
